The Apollo 11 is an inovation because for the first time it put a man on the moon. The moon is the farthest place us humans have been but we have seen and sent things farther in space. The Apollo 11 made a huge impact on the history of The United States by making us the first country to put men to the moon. And by doing that we beat The Soviet Union because we were first to put a man on the moon.
